How to crop an image for free
Drop a JPG, PNG or WebP above and it appears right on the page. Drag a rectangle over the part you want to keep — the area outside dims so you can judge the framing, and the live pixel size is shown while you drag. Pick a 1:1, 4:3 or 16:9 preset first if you need a fixed shape for a profile picture, thumbnail or banner.
Cropped at full resolution, never uploaded
The preview may be scaled down to fit your screen, but the crop is always taken from the original image at its native resolution, so nothing is softened or shrunk. The format is preserved too — a PNG stays a PNG, a WebP stays a WebP. Everything runs inside your browser, so your photo is never sent to a server.
